Without preamble, i write this blog here for today for those interested to know the various networking methodologies used in project planning and management. Different methods of networking may be adopted to prepare a project plan which shall then be used as a reference for monitoring and controlling the project during the execution phase.
Especially in the construction industry, the most popular and widely used of them all is known as the "Critical Path Method "popularly known by its abbreviated form as the 'CPM Technique'.
