Sitting near the window on a train
Watching the clouds get dark to rain;
My heart which used to be once, mine
Thinking of her always, now what's the gain?
As the train starts to move fast
My mind races through the past;
Through twists and turns and curves
Enough to test anyone's nerves.
I did have joyous days once;
Now roaming without a fence;
How did’t all happen to me
Coz I fell in love with thee?
I spent luxuries on you o' lady
With which you went abandon already;
My heart skipped a beat aint' not?
I do not know for sure, coz it is rot;
Why then do people still yearn for love,
'Coz it returns yet again as love?
Would it not be such a wonderful thing
To just steer clear, than feel the sting!
